​Vital Care Health Services supportive program focuses on both the client and the household that support the client. We understand that Full-time and long-term caregiving can stress even the most loving parent, spouse and child. Our aim is to offer client-centered, cost effective, and holistic home care that respects the client and the role of family members in the client’s care.
Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As a provider of home health care services in Ontario, Vital Care Health Services provides integrated nursing, rehabilitation and related health care, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of clients and families in their homes and communities.
VCHS provides home health care to clients who are:
